I have had different experiences with United; I believe it is all about luck. In La Guardia Airport, staff was really friendly and helpful and flight was on time however in Chicago airport, they were more less helpful. It also differs with international flights, sometimes they are really super nice, and sometimes they are completely the opposite. I had an experience once that flight was delayed for more than 6 hours and when tried to change flights to catch my other connecting flight, it was a complete mess and no one really helped knowing that both flights were with United.

Boston to Chicago on a Boeing 737-Max was flawless, like sitting at home in a nice chair. Sat up front w complimentary sparkling wine, water, soda and snacks served by friendly staff. Push-back was right on time and the arrival was 55 minutes early. Amazing. United’s email notifications before the flight was the best of any other airline I’ve ever used.

You really really bad cannot recommend it at all and I did fly business class in the Polaris cabins. You have to be so skinny to even get to the cabin no room for sleeping to see is extremely hard to control her extremely difficult. The food is totally crap hard on edible service less than. Dry and old.
