My experience with this company has been utterly appalling, and I will not be repeating the mistake of placing another order. It is astonishing that a business operating in the UK can function at such a disappointing level. Although I doubt this review will prompt any change on your part, I feel compelled to share my experience.

Do not use this Company if you require any customer service or reasonable after care I ordered a Hob Oven and Extractor Delivery was good but the Hob was faulty as shown Firstly I was told to go to Hotpoint to get it fixed Hotpoint sent out an engineer to say it needed replacement Appliances Direct - Asked me to send out an engineer to remove it and send it back them they would send a new one that I could send out another engineer to fit - This would have been 3 fitting charges for something that I should have only paid once. I refused as the people in the house are in the 80's so they agreed to send and engineer to fit the new Hob and collect the faulty one. The Appliances Direct Engineer went to site fitted the New Hob and informed me that the Fuse needed changing from a 30 amp to a 25 amp 0 I ask if that was all that needed changing and was told YES. So i sent out my fitter immediately only to find that the Appliances Direct Engineer had stole the cable between the fuse and the Hob, as this was a Saturday and my engineer could not purchase the cable due to shop being closed - he had to return on Monday. I was finally offered the money for the cable only So from an issue with a hob supplied by Appliances Direct - 7 hours on the Phone / 3 Call Out for fitting due to Appliances Direct engineer Removing / Steeling the cable NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AWFUL IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICES

Terrible service. Ordered a TV it wasn't delivered on the right day and was broken, replaced it a few days later, they didn't collect the original one then the second was broken to. No real apology no compensation, no sense of urgency to correct. Waste of time.
