I have bought several items from Tripp and they have always been of such good quality. They are sturdy and easy to use. Customer support is also amazing, massive shout out to Nikita who helped me resolve an issue I had and provided me with a solution within days. She was super friendly and helpful.

I recently purchased a Tripp Voyage Black Large Expandable Suitcase which arrived with some damage to one of the wheels. The representative at Tripp (Nikita) was excellent, smoothly providing simple clear instructions, regular communication and ultimately resolving the issue with a replacement in an incredibly fast time. There are definitely cheaper alternatives on the market but Tripp with the quality of both products and service make it a stress free experience from initial purchase through delivery and after sales. Five stars.

Had a issue with our order where 2 out of 4 cases didn't arrive. DPD had lost the package but can't fault the customer service from Trip. Nikita bent over backwards to try and get the replacements sent out the same day as I called them. Would definitely use them again
