Triple 7 Movers Reviews

Don't bother. They have 3 separate profiles on Google maps, so beware... Honest updates: 6/5 - Got a call notifying us the movers would arrive between 7-9am to pick up our belongings. We were very proactive with packing up our things beforehand (highly recommend), so the entire process took no more than one hour. 2 movers packed our things and loaded them up onto the truck, while Esteban took the time to go over the "paperwork" with his ipad. Took a few signatures from me, but I noticed he signed some documents on my behalf without my consent. Seems fishy. 6/12 - Felt cornered into writing a positive review during the initial pick-up because they offered a $20-$50 refund if I did it right then and there. Since then, I deleted my review and decided to start fresh. 6/13 - Got a call and follow-up email from Jade (dispatch team) about things being loaded up and on their way to Virginia (from Washington). 6/17 - Got a call from the truck driver about an anticipated delivery date of 6/19 in the morning 6/19 - Truck driver, Tony, called early morning to say there was an issue with his AC generator as well as his tire blowing out, so the delivery would be delayed to the next morning. 6/20 - As promised, items were delivered on "time". However, we were charged $75 for a long haul fee since the walking distance from the truck to our apartment unit was greater than 75 ft. Overall impressions: Outside of the timeliness of the delivery, we were disappointed to find that some of our belongings were damaged due to improper handling. Not sure at which point the damage occurred, but that's definitely not how our stuff went out. They also lost/misplaced our coffee table. This has led to some unexpected expenses on our end - needing to replace some of our furniture (and possibly some things from the damaged boxes). Not to mention the long haul fee, which gets directly deposited to the truck drivers account (which I felt was strange). The dispatch team isn't helpful, so your best bet is to just wait to hear from the truck driver him/herself. We will definitely not use this service again.

From start to finish the entire process was flawless!! Jennifer was amazing with helping guide pick ups from multiple locations. The movers we're incredible! Professional, very caring of our items ensuring safe load and delivery. We highly recommend!!! Thank you all!!
