I had one of the worst moving experiences with Mr BEE Removals, and I strongly advise anyone thinking about using them to stay far away. They worked for 6.5 hours but charged me for 7 – I didn’t argue about that, since they charge by the hour. But then they added a completely unexpected £100 extra just because my house has two floors. At no point before the job was it mentioned that there would be extra fees for stairs unless it was a flat. This feels dishonest and misleading. The two workers who came were incredibly rude and reckless. They damaged my newly built home by hitting the walls with furniture. They didn’t place boxes properly – just dumped everything randomly in rooms. My TV was left half-standing on another box, and there was no order or care. It was clear they just wanted to get it over with. And if you think it couldn't get worse – it did. I spoke to the manager BOB- the one who has no manners how to speak with customer, hoping to resolve the issue, but he was just as bad. He brought religion into the conversation, saying, "It's between you, me and God that we charged you fairly." When I mentioned the wall damage, he accused me of bringing up “more complaints just to downplay” their company. He asked for photos, and I told him I had already sent them by email. He hadn’t even checked the emails – was shocked when I said I already sent them. So basically, they ignore your emails, and when you follow up, they act like you're exaggerating. Absolutely unprofessional and appalling service. They lure people in with nice-looking ads claiming professionalism, but in reality, their workers are careless, rude, and completely disrespectful of your home and belongings. My sincere recommendation: Never ever use Mr BEE Removals. I feel cheated, disrespected, and deeply regret trusting them with my move. Save yourself the stress and money – go elsewhere.
