An A* service from the quote, customer service and the removals team. The whole experience was worth every penny! Thank you Plaza removals for taking the stress out of an emotional day and helping us settle into our new home! Having searched and received many quotes for various moving companies Plaza removals from the offset were super professional and very informative of what would happen during the move. The other companies wanted pictures or virtual calls but Mo and his team turned up and sat with us introduced their team and company. We walked around the house and items that I had assumed I could not take to my new home due to their complexity or fragile nature were inspected and I was assured would be disassembled and reassembled. And the team did not let me down!! A few weeks ahead of the move the team dropped off the boxes I would require complete with lots of tape. I had a courtesy call ahead of the move to arrange a time and potential completion time. On the morning of the move the team called ahead of time and waited patiently outside for us. The actual moving team were not just super polite and friendly they were amazing! They wrapped up the large furniture and handled all of our items with complete care and attention. They even helped us pack our large printer in a suitable box which we had assumed would just be loaded on the van. The corner sofa was super dusty and the team showed us so we could give it a clean before it was wrapped and went into the new home. All of our items were placed carefully into our newly painted house with hardly a scuff on walls and doors. I cannot recommend this team enough they were truly impressive on the day!

From the very beginning, Mo said that they would be there to take away the stress of moving and that is certainly what they did. Coral-Ann and Joy, in the Bookings Team, were so understanding as our move date kept being pushed back. On removal day itself, the whole team were courteous, friendly and professional.. Our move had been a lengthy process, with so many twists and turns but their flexibility meant that we didn’t have to worry about moving day. The team of 7, headed by Riz, packed our home of 22 years efficiently and headed to the Midlands where they unpacked in a similarly efficient way. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
