If I could give less than one star I would. To be honest I'm staggered by the appalling service I've had from their Direct Contribution pension department. I am already claiming my Direct Benefits pension from TPT retirement solutions without any issues and prompt on time payments. The same can definitely not be said for their DC pension drawdown payments. Retired in Feb and had to until May to start claiming my DC pension as they were making changes. Members were told this would be completed by May however it took several more months before payments started. Eventually I received my first pension drawdown payment end of July. Nothing in August but after many emails and live chats and phone calls I Eventually got August payment in September and measured all further monthly payments would be made the 6th of every month. It is not 10th of October and yet again no payments have been made. Complaints go un answered for weeks. Requests for phone backs never happen. The level of incompetence and total apathy is staggering. My stress levels are through the roof and honestly now I've made the decision to withdraw all of my investments from tpt retirement solutions and transfer to a more reputable competent company I can't wait.

Upon reading all the reviews there is little comfort knowing I’m not the only one who is going through this with TPT ‘my transfer request’ to my new employers pension scheme that was started in January 2025.. 10 months in and I’m sure this come with no surprise.. nothing, no payment, no transfer,.. I think it’s fair to say the money isn’t coming..sick to death listening to that music on hold to then be told it’s all been received, in the payout department, it’s been escalated, it’s been highlighted.. let’s face it the phone message whenever you ring whatever time telling you to ring back as they are experiencing high volume of calls.. I call Royal London and it’s answered and dealt within a week.. 10 months??? Think the writing is on the wall I’m afraid… however they do say they have a multi billion portfolio 🤥good luck everyone… looking forward to my standard response as they can’t even be bothered to answer or respond personally..

TPT have consistently failed to provide responses to routine enquiries over the last few years as I have approached my retirement date. In spite of my having communicated regularly with them years in advance as to my intended retirement date, they have failed to start paying me on time. Their frontline staff are given very little information or empowerment and invariably have to refer enquiries on to another team for a response. They do not know the names of any of the people in the other team, and cannot allow you as the customer to communicate with this team. Routinely promised timescales in which to respond are ignored, and responses are rarely accurate or fully informed. I would have given zero stars if it were possible to do so. Following my post I received a chatbot response in exactly the same wording as others who have reviewed the utter lack of customer service focus of this organisation.
