PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY AND MAY WANT TO MOVE. This company are absolutely appalling if you want to port your mortgage, it is 7 months since my mum had an offer accepted on a property and still can't exchange so the seller is pulling out and I can't blame him. Good luck finding a buyer for your property and a seller who won't mind waiting the best part of a year to move! Of course all the solicitors fees incurred, will still need to be paid, not that More 2 Life care. They constantly move the goal posts, taking 3 weeks to resolve each enquiry, the latest one, which theyve been unable to resolve in 3 weeks, was the ground rent being payable within 28 days of the demand, which is £5 per year! The Freeholder can't apply for forfeiture unless the amount owed is £350, or over 3 years in arrears, why would anyone lose their home for the sake of £15!!! What really makes me most angry is the complete disregard for the mental wellbeing of customers, the stress has been unbelievable and to see the impact this has had on my mum is awful. They should be ashamed of themselves. Standard response fron M2L below. They've spent weeks deciding if the risk of £5 a year is too high for them to take on, despite all interest payments being made. If they actually do something today we have a grain of hope that we can stop the chain collapsing. I will update my review if they decide they care about their customers in the slightest.

I am an Equity Release Adviser. I did an Equity Release mortgage for a client of mine a few years ago and she needed some more funds, so a further advance was the only option open to her as she had used her drawdown facility. I needed to get an idea of how much I could get for the client. I ended up speaking to a further advance Customer Completions Team member with More to Life (used to be called Standard Life Home Finance) Louisa Worden was so helpful, they don't normally take calls from Brokers but she did and made my job a lot easier. Thanks Louisa.

I have been dealing with More2Life for the past 3+ years and always had a positive experience. I am a Independant Financial Advisers Administrator and deal with a lot of lenders daily. Recently, I have been dealing with a nightmare of a purchase case and without the help and fantastic assistance from TINA LINDSAY, (Customer Completions Team member), I think the whole chain would have falling out of bed. I cannot thank Tina enough. She is an excellent communicator and trouble shooter and a joy to deal with! 5 *****'s !
