This is some text inside of a div block.
I ordered a wisteria tree. When it arrived, it truly was bare, however within a week of planting, it had buds and now has many leaves. The tree is happy and thriving and I am very pleased with my tree. I would definitely recommend Wholesale Nursery Company.

I placed an order with this nursery for over $230, included warranty. I got twigs, I know they state they send them in dormancy but these twigs never made it out of dormancy. I contacted them, filed a complaint and months later, after many emails and phone calls, I got my credit back. I finally got more twigs in June, trees were again dormant, in June! Some roots had poked through the bag and were dried. I should’ve known they wouldn’t come out of dormancy and fair enough. July now and they still look like how I got them, dead twigs. I contacted them and was told I had not purchased warranty for the replacement but this was a replacement for my original purchase and they never came out of dormancy. If they would’ve and later died I would understand the warranty would apply but they never even grew buds. Over $230 down the drain. I basically didn’t get anything and customer service was horrible. Needless to say I will not be buying from them again!

I’m a veteran, and a disabled senior and experienced Gardner but due to disability have to do all my purchases on line. In May I was excited to find TN wholesalers as I live on disability & their prices were good. Well now I know why. After buying 18 trees, bushes and some bulbs, I was quite surprised 1st that an order I had in my cart was checkout without my knowledge. When I went back in to check out I saw now I had 2 orders. I tried to cancel within 24 hours but they said I couldn’t. Ok I really hate a hassle- pain is enough. After 17 emails and dozens of photos- of the 18 that I purchased only 4 grew any leaves. They were all “ TWIGS” and I mean that in the most literal sense of the word. Brown approx 3 foot thinner than a pencil. Not labeled well and a few had dead roots but most were just twigs. I was told to plant them & they’ll grow. So I asked for these to be replaced or refunded. They say I hadn’t bought insurance. What insurance? I went back in and there was a small box that said insurance but I had understood that as many vendors do now - insurance for the shipment. Certainly not insurance that they were alive? The insurance for plants from $5.99 to $19.99 was $29.00 ( today $37) per plant. I also noticed today the box is a little bigger and it now says “ so they won’t die”. Are you kidding why would I buy something with no signs of life, be told to plant it, be given 30 days - many of these twigs didn’t grow a leaf in 39 days. Not to mention ruin the cost of insurance was higher than the plant price ( they were on sale). I wouldn’t purchase a seed under those conditions. Not to mention ton couldn’t afford to pay twice the price because you have to have insurance as they arrive looking dead. In my case 14 were dead. After 17 emails and dozens of pictures, I was super upset at the scam but just let it go and asked for them to replace these twigs with twigs that would grow or refund my money. They refused. I will report them to the BBB and because the do interstate trade to those officials as well. I live paycheck to paycheck and my biggest delight is growing my garden. They won’t take voice mails either so there is no opportunity to speak to anyone ever. I’m attaching photos. Every nursery I do business with in 40 years want the plants to grow. Even when they say there is no warranty they still replace it if it dies quickly some will even wait a year. No where do I know if do you buy something that appears dead , told to wait until it grows within a time limit and then refuses to do business in good faith unless you pay upfront to be assured they are alive. I know times are tough but you don’t treat customers and people this way. It’s a bad faith organization.

Reviews Summary

Overall, customer sentiment about TN Nursery’s garden plant supply service is mixed, with reviews highlighting both positive and negative experiences. Many reviewers praise the company for delivering healthy plants that establish well when planted, noting successful growth of wisteria, Ginkgo trees, and dogwoods. However, negative reviews commonly reference receiving dormant plants that failed to grow, difficulties with the warranty or replacement process, and challenges in communication with customer service.

Frequent themes include satisfaction with plant health and packaging, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery, seen in multiple positive reviews from returning buyers and those noting robust root systems. On the other hand, some customers express frustration over the dormancy state of plants, unexpected requirements of plant “insurance,” and difficulties resolving issues, particularly when replacement plants do not thrive. Several reviewers also raise concerns about clarity of information and communication efficiency, especially in warranty disputes.

In summary, TN Nursery has built a reputation for offering affordable and sometimes high-quality garden plants, with a portion of customers in regions like Texas reporting excellent results. However, consistency in product quality and after-sales support remains a concern for others. TN Nursery is regarded as a provider with both passionate supporters and dissatisfied clients, underlining the importance of clear expectations for prospective buyers.
