What a shambles. This is not a review of Three as a mobile phone service provider, but rather their administration and call centre. I moved into my property in July 2024 and was inundated with letters from companies chasing the previous tenant for money. One of those companies was Three Mobile. Rather than ignore the letters, I contacted Three to inform them that the person named on the letter no longer lives at this address. Then, a few months later, I received another letter. Again, I phoned to repeat the fact that the person didn't live here. A few months after that, I received a third letter, this time threatening debt collection action via a third party company. I called, and the person said it had been updated on the system and that I wouldn't receive any further letters from Three or the debt recovery company. What a surprise, a few days later, and the debt collection company wrote to me. I have called Three a total of 4 times as a courtesy to inform them that the debt won't be paid by me for a person I don't know. Despite this, they have been completely inept. The process has been made more difficult because communication with the call centre staff they use is in Asia somewhere. Therefore, English is clearly not their first language. Indeed, having to spell a simple word like Amy adds to the frustration. The agents were also unable to get a manager when asked 3 times. In summary, I can't speak to the service Three provide as a mobile provider, but their customer service administration is as bad as any company I've ever dealt with. It took me 1 phone call to the debt collection company to get my address removed from their system, and I've spoken to Three 4 times with no confidence it's resolved. It's only a matter of time before the next letter arrives.

Never touch Three! I used to recommend them and was with them for more than 14 years but in the end became awful, I will just share my last experience, I canceled my contract when it finished and canceled my last direct debit sooner than I should have, I've been trying to make payment and no one can help, I've tried to login online and doesn't recognise my old number, tried the chat feature online and says to do it online, no one to speak to, rang up three and had to enter my old number but doesn't recognise it, I've even gone into 2 stores and with my details and old address they still can't take payment, on my credit file it is showing I have missed 4 payments, absolute joke

Charge me £33 for the the month I couldn't use it I was getting downloads 0.8 an up to the thing keeps spinning I was getting nowhere speaking to Indian girls just apologising spin hours on the phone getting nowhere biggest mistake I've ever made with this company no I'm getting pestered for the white box which I sent back over a fortnight ago before i forget i took a deal for Wi-Fi and phone when I cancel I add to keep the phone deal on because Wi-Fi give you 3 weeks Grace the phone deal only give you 2 weeks it was cheaper to keep the phone deal I didn't want to I was forced to
