This is some text inside of a div block.
Purchased a box of pillowcases for my hotel. With a view to further purchases. The pillowcases were listed as “easy iron” Many of them had yellow staining They’re impossible to iron. It’s as though they have been impregnated with something. When I contacted them, they told me to “put an ice cube into the tumble drier with them” Waste of time and money. Left with a box of paper expensive cloths

After reading all the reviews I was expecting a good quality product. I ordered two duck feather 13.5 tog duvets. Unfortunately duvets I received are not 13.5. I have a 7 tog one at home and it's the same thickness. I'm not sure where it was stored either as it has a very strong smell of damp. I'm very disappointed with the quality - the product is not like described. Awaiting the response from the customer team.

I will not be ordering here again. I ordered a pack of four 500gsm dark red bath towels, and when they arrived they felt nothing like what I was expecting. They weren’t soft at all, they were the same as any towel you would buy from tescos. They weren’t even the same colour red as the one we had ordered. I emailed to enquire about returning the towels and exchanging them for something hopefully softer, and was told that I would have to pay the return shipping, and that they would not be refunding me the cost of the initial shipping. Complete rip off and absolutely not customer friendly, I am very disappointed at the service I received and the quality of goods.
