We signed a contract with them on 11th June, with a completion date set for 4th July 2025. Although they present themselves as a cash-buying company, a quick search on Companies House UK reveals they have no available funds. Despite our property being mortgage-free, they delayed the process for three weeks. Their approach has been misleading from the start. If you challenge them, they become uncooperative. They rely on pressure tactics and intimidation to get you to remove negative reviews from Trustpilot. I’m extremely disappointed — being outside the UK, Mark Adams clearly assumed we were easy to take advantage of. This company must be held accountable for misrepresentation and false advertising. If you’re a solicitor, we strongly advise against working with them. They owe significant amounts to other solicitors and have yet to pay their debts — check their financials on companieshouse.gov.uk. If you still consider doing business with them, be cautious. Demand proof of funds — they don’t have any. Their model revolves around attempting to sell your property to a third party. We’ve now signed with a legitimate cash-buying company, and the difference is night and day. I would also like to note that I have received multiple emails that I interpret as attempts to pressure or intimidate me into removing my reviews. I am fully entitled to share my experience, especially after this company knowingly delayed the sale for three weeks, despite being aware of the urgency of our situation. I deeply regret ever engaging with this company. They market themselves as a professional cash-buying service promising fast sales and completions “in as little as 7 days” ... In reality, it’s been nearly three months, and I’m no closer to a deal than I was on day one. After completing all the required steps on my side, granting access for viewings and surveys, submitting paperwork, and accepting a significantly reduced offer, communication abruptly stopped. Emails, phone calls, voicemails, all ignored. When I finally managed to get through to someone weeks later, the update was vague at best, with a promise that someone would call me “the same day” with a final decision. That was over a week ago and still nothing. The most frustrating part is how this company seems to exploit sellers in difficult situations, deliberately dragging things out to force a lower price. I feel strung along, misled, and utterly disrespected. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your time, lose money, and be left in limbo with zero transparency or professionalism.

AVOID this company! They will give you a cash offer and date for payment then ignore calls and emails and then turn round and say that cant do if for the offer price. Wasted so much of my time and caused so much stress..the worse part was having their solicitors email 4 weeks later saying do I still want to go ahead! Their communication is an absolute joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
