I have been with Sugarhouse, in a couple of different properties, for 2 years now (going into the third year) and they have been nothing but amazing to us!! Any issues we’ve had, including mould on our bathroom ceiling which was completely beyond anyone’s control, they have sent people out to fix it immediately. Whenever we’ve been paid a little late from work, they’ve been super lenient with us. If we have viewings at the house, they’re super respectful. No matter the issue, they're responsive! Nobody should expect them to be super quick with minor issues (they have PLENTY of houses to manage don’t forget), however with anything that needs responding to straight away, they respond very quickly, and any minor issues are responded to and set a resolution date within the next few days. After previously renting from other property companies, none of them compare to Sugarhouse. Could not recommend them more. Thank you for these past 3 years and hopefully more Sugarhouse!! 🫶

I moved into a property with sugar house last week. I reported a few wear and tear issues from the previous tenants and Andy has come today and done an amazing job fixing everything. He has also gone above and beyond to inspect the property and find issues that I wasn't aware of and fixed those too. Andy also dealt with some spiders for me while he was here which is massively appreciated!

Had some maintence on our bathroom today ( the toilet specifically) and Andy came to fix it. Was done ASAP and he even fixed another issue we hadn’t reported yet on the day! Super quick, helpful and explained what had broke/how it was fixed and just overall very polite
