Service and delivery were fine, .The products I had ordered were all good. But sadly the Scones let us down badly. Originally thought I had ordered freshly baked traditional Scones. But these were not. They were ultra processed, with Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, 6 different types of E Numbers. Who uses these ingredients in their Scones? They didn't smell right either. Also there was no use-by date on the cream. I have had better from my local Supermarkets who do not add oil to their Scones.

Really disappointed with my experience. I saved up to buy a cup and saucer from a surprise birthday gift for my mum. I placed the order in plenty of time, but it didn’t arrive. When I got in touch, I was told the original package had been broken and that a replacement would be sent. It’s now been over a week since that message, and I’ve received nothing—no replacement, no update, no communication at all. My mum’s birthday has passed, and I had nothing to give her. It was really upsetting, especially after putting so much thought into it. I expected better service and reliability from a company with such a good reputation.
