It's not my concern which store the item is shipped from, because I'm ordering from Temu, not from any specifics store. If I were ordering from a store, I would be dealing with them — but I'm dealing with Temu, and you are the ones responsible, not someone else based on what’s written on their website. You’re the ones who have a contract with them, and your website clearly states 2 business days for express delivery. When you first started, none of this was an issue — everything was shipped from a single warehouse and no extra charges were applied for that. If I order from any company’s website — Home Depot, Lowe’s, Macy’s — I don’t care which warehouse they ship from, and they don’t charge extra for it. These are your contractors, and you are the ones who should be held accountable Your website cannot say “fast delivery within 2 business days” and then send an email saying 5–8 days. That’s called fraud. All these contractors operated under your name -Temu, which means you are responsible for their actions. On your site says— from a local warehouse. 2 business daiys delivery, But in the email saying 5-8 business days. That’s a lie. I did order presents for my grandson for BD. If I had known you were being misleading, I would never have placed the order and would’ve looked for something else instead. I couldn't give to child presents after his BD. I used to love Temu before it became "local Temu". Before it changed, I spent a lot of money buying things from different sellers that I really didn't need, but I loved giving away at work. If I spent $20.00 or more (which usually was more) shipping was free. Now, if you buy several items from different sellers, you have to pay shipping for each item. It's only $2.99 for shipping, but it adds up if you're buying several items. You can only get free shipping if you buy $30.00 from the same seller, which is a bit difficult in Temu because sellers usually only sell one type of item, for example only shirts, or only dolls, etc. At the end, you'll be spending a lot more than anticipated. Well, I guess I should be thanking Temu instead, because in a way it's good, I'll be saving a lot of money instead of spending on things I don't need. I possibly will buy only an item at the time if I can't leave without it. Amazon will be my go to store from now on.
