My husband and I have recently closed on our new apartment and Tanya has been our broker. Throughout the process it was incredibly pleasurable to work with her. She a true professional, her demeanor is impeccable and her knowledge of San Fransisco real estate is very impressive. She helped us find the property we liked and walked us through the process with tremendous patience and care. We lived in New York and our closing was remote, we had tons of questions about Californian regulations and process details. Tanya always knew the answer, always went in great detail to make sure we understand the next steps. She sent us reminders and ensured we stayed on top of filling out all the necessary paperwork. She was in constant communication with the seller’s broker and communicated our questions and concerns instantaneously. We sent her long chains of messages with questions on top of other questions and she was extremely diligent in getting back to us and providing information on every part of the transaction. She provided contacts of people who we will probably hire for minor repair work in the new apartment and shared a wealth of information on local service providers (coming from a different city, we weren’t very knowledgeable about local sanitation, insurance, pest control services). Finally, Tanya has a great personality, she is friendly, personable and very flexible. She adapted to our strange searching schedule (we came to San Fransisco for a few days only to find a new place), drove us around from one apartment visit to the other (our car was in New York at the time) and was very respectful of the time difference between San Fransisco and New York in her communication with us. Overall, she is the best broker we ever dealt with, I would definitely use her services in the future and can wholeheartedly recommend her to other buyers.

When I decided to sell my San Francisco condo two months ago, I interviewed a few potential agents. Most of them told me I should keep my expectation low on the selling price because of the current slow market. Tanya and her firm partner Neil however saw the uniqueness of my property after the site visit. Armed with extensive market research and data, they quickly proposed their strategies and advised me to stay confident, patient and aim high, as we only need one buyer who sees, appreciates and values the uniqueness of this property. I immediately like their expertise, approach and decisiveness. The fact that Tanya is referred to me by a friend further boosted my confidence in the team. My experience with Tanya and Neil has proven that I absolutely made the right choice. Tanya has the best remodeling, staging and back-office support team. I stayed hands-off throughout the entire process and They handled everything beautifully without a glitch. Eventually we sold my condo not too far from our dream price, and only within 2 months since the listing. I couldn't be happier about the result! Tanya and her team are one of the most professional, knowledgeable, passionate and hardworking real estate agents I have ever worked with. I will give 6 and 7 star rating if I could!

Tanya and Neil are both just the best to work with. We bought our home working with Tanya in 2013 and were super happy and confident to call her first when it came time to sell in 2022. They absolutely know the market and what it takes to get you closed at the best price possible. Their team is great - you name it: contractors, electricians, designers, painters, plumbers, landscapers, coordinators or regular handymen - everyone we worked with through their network was just great. When selling we relocated out of state and left them the keys while the team came in hot to get the place whipped into shape. All-in-all I’m super happy to have worked with them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them a third time.
