Understands why SunRun leads their industry. 24 panels, 2 batteries setup - 1 day and half. It’s scary when thinking about making a 25 year commitment, and not knowing all the facts and ins and outs at first. My service rep Tahirih, great at following up came over and stood as long as it took (5 hours) to answer all my questions and to fully inform me, even reaching out to her boss that day James several times to help elaborate on details. James was very supportive of his rep and I had a good feeling about this team which helped me solidify my decision. Before the installation team came out Shane reached out to keep me posted on a review of what was being done, and alerts when the team would be out. The equipment drop off guy came early in the morning before the install team. The install team came out led by Jordan, about 4 guys. Jordan walked me through what they planned on getting done and how they were going to go about it, asked about my preference on a few things and let me know before hand it might take a second day to get this size system done. They worked steadily and Jordan came to consult with me when he ran into something that had to be a bit modify from what we spoken to before hand. They did take a half of second day, after the work was done Jordan showed me the new system and help me get set up on the Tesla app. Answered all my questions before his team headed out. They left the area clean they way they got it. James manager had reached out to see how the overall team performed and how was I satisfied. I let him know everything in this post and I was really glad I had gone with Sunrun the experience was a good one. Now just waiting on my inspector from the city and electric company before turning on to enjoy a lower bill. Good communication, common courtesy, being able to answer the technical stuff, being friendly, watching how they worked as a team. They have a winning formula and process. Worst mistake ever! Its's been nothing but a headache with Sunrun. It sounded great at first. They came to do the inspection (total mess). Panels were installed and once everything was turned on, that's where the trouble began. Lights started flickering, clicking noises which at night wouldn't let us sleep. We had Sunrun come out 3 times. Finally we were told by the last tech that the power from our electrical panel didn't produce enough energy that the solar panels needed. Attempted to contact the sales rep...nothing. Sunrun has not done anything to help us. A nightmare. Would not recommend.

So far is very good especially with my rep his name is Phillip Weston he following up my issues with the roof. He will do everything to help customers satisfy with the roofing company. Most all the Sanrun crews are good working and good system but not with the roofing company (Sierra roofing Inc. the sub contractor) so watch out dealing with the roofing company most of their employees are not speaking good English and you cannot go up and check on the roof. The roof took 3 weeks the solar took 3days
