Ordered a pair of astro turf online. Good price as on offer and they arrived in decent time, however the box arrived beat up, torn and ripped and the base of the boots look as if they have been worn. Not quite what you expect when ordering a new item.

Accidentally put the wrong address for delivery of an order and immediately tried to find a solution but none of the numbers listed are being answered, the web chat is not working, I can't cancel the order (which I literally placed today so it's definitely NOT been processed yet!!!) WTH!!! Such a frustrating experience because this could have been easily rectified!

Shopping with Sports Direct has to be the worst retail experience imaginable. True, the prices look impossibly cheap, but they’re only cheap if you actually receive the goods you order. And if your parcel goes missing, because Sports Direct choose to use Evri couriers despite the hefty postage charge (Royal Mail Tracked would be no more expensive and far more reliable), it’s next to impossible to get any genuine help from their automated “help” chatbot. One tends to get caught in a chatbot loop, no matter what options you select from their pre-programmed menu; I don’t believe there are any humans in their so-called Customer Service department. No wonder owner Mike Ashley is laughing all the way to the bank, raking it in while dissatisfied customers have no means of getting any help with their missing orders, or being refunded for returned goods. It’s a very clever, corrupt, despicable business plan. We are still waiting for help with some expensive basketball boots that my son saved up for and ordered. Evri say they’ve delivered, but despite this being a blatant lie we can’t get any response from either the courier or SD. I will never be tempted to use this terrible shop again.
