My review is based on two separate orders. The item for the first order was listed as ‘in stock’ and I was able to select the ‘next day’ delivery option. Everything went very smoothly, and the product was delivered on time and well packaged the following day. The second order was for several items that were again listed as ‘in stock’ but the only delivery option was for two/three-day delivery. I did need to contact customer support to confirm the delivery details and that everything was proceeding on time and although there was a delay, I did get a positive response to my email and the goods arrived on time. The courier on both occasions was very efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a problem with one item that needed to be returned so I again contacted customer support who arranged for the faulty item to be collected free of charge. I did have to wait for a refund on my credit card, but this was handled in a very professional manor. The order processing and payment system were straightforward and easy to use. My observation is that ‘Showerstoyou’ is a genuine and helpful business who provide a wide range of quality products at very competitive prices. I would definitely use this company again in the future and I have given a five-star review based on my personal experience.

We had a bespoke shower cubicle from these guys and they were absolutely brilliant throughout. Very easy to contact and communicate with - and for a change we dealt with real, decent people who were available straight away, rather than a bot that takes you round in circles. The team kept us informed of progress and delivery dates and answered all of our detailed questions. A great company that we will absolutely recommend and use again. Well done guys!

I settled on Showerstoyou after a lot of searching. Their prices were very competitive and a good range of stock. I unfortunately had additional delivery charges due to our location but Julie was so helpful and responsive that I felt it was worth paying extra delivery for the good prices and such excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
