I've been using ServiceTitan for nearly three years now. Although my initial onboarding experience wasn't ideal, I managed to navigate through it with some assistance from other staff members. Our business operates differently from the typical ones ServiceTitan caters to, and I'd love the chance to discuss that with someone! 😉 ServiceTitan has truly evolved, consistently listening to its customers' needs and implementing valuable changes. This marks my third implementation in roughly six years, and I must say, I've never encountered a company as dedicated to engaging with its customers to improve their software as ServiceTitan is. Everyone I've worked with and met has been wonderful. My Customer Success Manager, Francisco M, is absolutely fabulous—I couldn't ask for better support. He's attentive, truly listens, and provides exceptional guidance throughout the journey. While every platform has its challenges, witnessing ServiceTitan address them swiftly and efficiently is genuinely encouraging
