The team was **punctual, efficient, and highly professional**—completing the installation ahead of schedule. They took the time to walk me through how everything works, ensuring I felt comfortable with the new system. Beyond their expertise, they maintained **a clean and organized workspace**, leaving no mess behind. I’d like to extend a HUGE thank you to Semper Fi for the excellent service received from start to finish in our new Johnson Controls AC/heat pump unit. The moment I sent an email inquiry, I was sent a text, along with a follow up from a real live human. We were scheduled to meet with Neal, the service manager, the next day. He spent almost three hours thoroughly assessing our current, failing unit, discussing options for repair vs. replacement, and then giving us all the options for the best units for our home, discussing the pros and cons. At no time did we feel pressure to make a decision immediately, but in the end we selected a unit for replacement and to my surprise they installed it the next day. (Other companies said it would be 1-2 weeks). Their pricing is competitive, and do have a military discount available if that applies to your family. Our installers Jared and Corbin arrived at the beginning of the arrival window, and worked efficiently to get the new unit installed. They left our house and backyard completely clean, and thoroughly explained the installation process as they went through the day. We received quotes and assessments from 3 highly reputable HVAC companies, and Semper Fi was by far the most thorough and efficient in assessment, quote and installation. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any HVAC unit installations. Thank you, Semper Fi!
