Extremely Disappointing… I ordered the White Ultra Matt Shower Panels expecting a clean, bright finish as clearly advertised on Easy Panels’ website. What I received, however, was a completely different colour—definitely not white, and nowhere near what was shown in the product images. This isn’t a case of screen differences or lighting, as the company tried to suggest. The panels are simply not as described. To make matters worse, the product has since mysteriously disappeared from their website, which tells me this is clearly a known issue on their end. When I raised my concerns, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite the fact that the product was misrepresented, they refused any refund or replacement because the panels had been cut—something I obviously had to do once the job was underway and I saw no visible issue until they were unwrapped. Their customer service made no effort to acknowledge the faulty description or take responsibility. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would strongly advise others to avoid both this product and this company. Misleading advertising, poor product quality, and terrible after-sales support—don’t make the same mistake I did.

Very rarely write reviews but I actually couldn't fault the easy panels and everything ordered. Very impressed with the quality I've seen other aqua boards thats was complete rubbish compared to these overall im mega happy with my shower room makeover. Thankyou

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Supplied faulty UV damaged panels and held zero responsibility and left me out of pocket by over £300 pound. No customer support given just generic squirming your way out of responsibility answers. Disgraceful!! In reply to your response! You pride yourself in honesty!!! What a joke. The money is not the issue now it's the disregard to an honest complaint about panels not supplied in good condition! 'Owner' can't even reply with a name, like the first complaint I made a colleague replied to my complaint...no management consultation as far as I'm concerned with the same generic response, reading reviews your appalling! Just wish I had read the reviews before giving you a penny! Thieving horrible company!
