I recently had the pleasure of visiting this outstanding optician practice, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service, professionalism, and genuine care I received throughout my experience. The comprehensive eye examination was conducted by Mr. Sachin Patel, and it was clear from the outset that I was in exceptionally capable hands. His approach was both meticulous and reassuring, taking the time to explain every stage of the advanced eye test with clarity and patience. Most importantly, Sachin offered thoughtful, personalised advice regarding my eye health, which I found incredibly valuable. It’s clear he practices with both expertise and genuine concern for his patients’ long-term wellbeing. Equally commendable was Mr. Sukru Yengil, who assisted me in selecting a new frame that not only suited my prescription but also aligned perfectly with my personal style. His honest guidance and eye for detail made the process enjoyable and easy. I was also deeply appreciative of his help in repairing my current broken frames. Every member of staff I encountered, Abdul, Sachin and Sukru, played an integral role in making my experience seamless, comfortable and deeply positive Thank you once again for your exceptional service.

This is by far the best optician I've ever visited. From start to finish, the eye exam was the most thorough I’ve had, with clear, helpful advice from the optician. For the first time, I left an appointment feeling hopeful that there might be a solution for my dry eyes. Mr S. Yengil was also fantastic in helping me choose new glasses – something I usually find quite stressful, but he made it feel easy and enjoyable. The glasses themselves are excellent quality and absolutely worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I have had a fantastic experience at Safarian & Simon in St John’s Wood. I visited for dry eye treatments and was impressed by the expertise and the level of care provided. Sachin and the team took the time to understand my symptoms, explain everything clearly, and create a treatment plan that truly made a difference. What stood out most is how up-to-date they are with the latest global advances in eye care. They didn’t just treat me—they educated me, helping me understand my condition and how to manage it long-term. Their passion for what they do is clear and shows in every part of the experience. Safarian & Simon truly know their stuff. Professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with dry eye or any other eye health concern.
