This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My friend and I rented a two-bedroom flat through them, and the entire experience has been full of lies, stress, and zero professionalism. From the start, we were misled about key costs. We were told council tax would be around £95 because it was a 3-bed being let as a 2-bed, and that bills wouldn’t exceed £40–£50 per person. None of that turned out to be true. Now we’re stuck struggling to keep up with way higher costs than what we were promised. They also pressured and harassed us to move in a week earlier than planned—yet when we did, the place wasn’t even ready. We had no sofa, no table, nothing. We literally had to stand in the kitchen to eat for the first week. The furniture arrived a week after we moved in. On top of that, the flat had mould, and even the final electricity checks weren’t completed until after we moved in, and only got sorted following multiple complaints. To make things worse, they threatened to withhold our initial deposit unless we paid everything within 48 hours—even though we were just waiting on a guarantor’s signature. One of our guarantors was travelling, and we asked for just a single extra day. They didn’t care at all. They were aggressive when it came to money, but the moment we called them out on the lies, they vanished. Tariq and Jay, specifically, stopped responding altogether—completely unprofessional. We feel totally taken advantage of. This whole situation has caused unnecessary stress and financial strain. Avoid renting from this company if you value honesty, professionalism, or your peace of mind.
