This is some text inside of a div block.
I used to use the app regularly years ago, and the services were excellent. But recently, I feel like I’m dealing with a company from the Stone Age — no service, no response, and a booking was canceled without notifying me. There’s also an attempt to evade responsibility. I don’t know if there has been a change in management, or if the past success and large profits have made the company treat customers like mere numbers. It’s shameful. I do not recommend using this app at all, because it will let you down — and you’ll be the one paying the price.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I will never do a booking with them ever again. I urge other people to not use this company either. I cancelled my reservation with RentalCars.com and its parent company Booking.com in advance because of incorrect information and hidden fees that they did not disclose to me. They still charged me about $400 for it. Totally unethical and corrupt business. You need to return my $400 ASAP! I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau as well.

I have been a regular customer of Rentalcars.com and its parent Booking.com. A recent experience caused me to seek a refund for a rental car service not provided. The agents at Rentalcars.com refused to engage with me properly and fairly regarding my case. At no stage did they specifically address my case, instead they refused my claim on the basis of their standard terms and conditions provided at the time of booking. They stole my money and I will never book any car or accommodation with them again.
