Bought a refurbished LG washing machine from this business on eBay a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, I had a few issues within the first few weeks of owning it which led me to return the machine. When I first requested the return, I was told they wouldn’t accept it without the original packaging, but I was able to show video proof that the machine was delivered with no packaging at all. This felt like they were trying to make returning more difficult which is one reason for the 3 star rating rather than 5. The first problem was a faulty leg on the machine. To their credit, they took responsibility straight away and arranged for an LG engineer to visit, which was handled well. A few days later the machine developed a second fault, leaking water from the door seal. After that I decided to return it and buy a Miele instead. This second fault was the other main reason for the lower rating. Aside from these problems the company itself was polite, professional and easy to deal with. The delivery and collection driver (same person) was very friendly and helpful. In summary, good service and friendly staff but let down by the machine’s faults and the initial return confusion.

Purchased a Samsung heat pump tumble dryer in October 2024, it is no longer working and making a crackling/electrical sound and sporadically turning off when we try to use it. I have called the customer service number to try and get some help to resolve the issue, they told me that because it was purchased through Amazon we only had 1month to return it to Amazon if there were any problems and then hung up the phone! I find this extremely disappointing and extremely poor customer service. I hope that Reliant Direct are able to provide a little more customer help and support to resolve this issue as I would expect it to last longer than 4 months! My advice would be to use a more reputable company as these guys don’t seem to care about their customers, products and reputation once they have made a sale.

TV purchased and received promptly directly from Reliant Direct around black Friday . Then it was faulty on arrival and email sent to Reliant the following day to arrange for a replacement . They only deal with after sales and returns via email . Contacted their online chat with promises they would get back to me 10 days later after I had received no answer whatsoever from them . Called their phone line and I was told this was for sales only and they would get back to me as it was a very busy season for them . This feels quite poor to only deal with after sales and customer support via email !!!! A month later I had to charge back from my credit card as I was being ignored from Reliant and given up trying. Soon after that , John contacted me and being very polite and helpful on the phone offered to exchange the faulty TV with a new one . Reliant kept to their promise and John was in constant communication with me and managed to resolve the issue finally! Very pleased with the new TV and John resolving the matter for me . I would advise Reliant to either make an online form for after sales and issues or a dedicated line as emails can get lost in the spam folder .....
