I purchased a refurbished iPhone from Reebelo via Walmart Marketplace in January 2025. Within a few months, the phone developed a serious issue: it wouldn't charge above 1% and constantly restarted — even while plugged in. This rendered the phone completely unusable. I reached out to Reebelo expecting them to honor their advertised 12-month warranty, which clearly states it covers refurbishing defects and electrical failures. Instead, I was told that no warranty applies because I bought the phone "through Walmart" rather than “on Reebelo.” This distinction was never made clear during the purchase process and feels intentionally misleading. Customer support repeatedly delayed their responses, avoided addressing the core hardware failure, and ultimately refused to help — even though this is exactly the kind of issue their warranty should cover. I had to replace the phone out-of-pocket, and Reebelo refuses to issue a refund or repair. This experience shows a lack of accountability and misleading warranty practices. I would not recommend purchasing from Reebelo, especially through third-party platforms.

Read all the bad reviews below: tried numerous times to buy a cheap iPhone for testing and this nightmare of a company charged me and cancelled each order and held my payment for 5 days. I don’t know what kind of whack job company this is but it’s been a headache for me. I’ll buy from Gazelle they have always been great. Stay away from these sellers 🤯

I had never heard of Reebelo. I only knew back market. After trying to purchase a phone for over 3 days from back market and my payment constantly declining, when it shouldnt have, I was at my witts end. I then stumbled upon Reebelo, and man was I happy! I found the phone I was interested in and bought it the first time I tried. I just ordered the phone so I dont have it yet and will do another review once I get it, and I hope it is as nice as this was easy to order! If the product is as nice as I expect it to be, this will be my new go to company for anything I want to buy refurbished or new for that matter. Thank you so much Reebelo, for making what was a major headache and source of depression and feeling defeated, and turning that into an experience that was easy like the way it ought to be!! You are appreciated! So far so good. I have my fingers crossed that the rest of this order will be just as exciting! Again, thankyou soo soo much Reebelo! Glad you exist! --MoniCash
