Ordered a phone. Couldn’t take delivery because you have to be at home to receive it. You can’t divert to a collection point. Phone was always in the hands of the courier company. Phone was then sent back to Rebox I am assuming by the courier company - Rebox say they haven’t received it. Rebox won’t refund me until they receive the phone back. It has been over a week since this saga started. How on earth is that fair or reasonable! order 30041

I received an iPhone 13 Pro Max 3 days after buying it and was delighted with the condition. Communication regarding delivery was good. It was categorised as ‘great’ so I was expecting some visible marks but couldn’t see any. Set up was straight forward and I returned my old iPhone phone in exchange. I would recommend this as a great way to purchase a nearly new phone at a very reasonable price. The extra cable in the box was an added bonus.
