I was concerned reading the numerous negative comments regarding customer experience. I’ve read reviews after my purse trade which initially had me worried. From start the finish, communication was clear, the status regarding ext steps were clear and my trade was successful. Very please with the entire process. No stress at all. Perhaps the business is increasing their servicing. I truly hope so. I’ll definitely consider doing business again! Thank you! Love my new purse!

Purchased an Hermes Bolide through Andrew- bag was in better condition than what was advertised on the website and $1600 less than what fashionohile was selling for! Andrew was great and sent me extra pictures prior to shipping the bag to make sure I got a good idea of the condition. Surprisingly, bag also came with the original box which was not advertised initially so it was pleasant surprise!

We sent in a Gucci purse complete with Gucci white silky dust cover over wrap bag and strap. The bag was sent back with strap but WITHOUT the dust cover bag which lends to its authenticity. When we contacted Rebag we were told they were not responsible for items lost in shipping. Our item was not lost in shipping but KEPT by Rebag and their shipping/receiving dept. in essence devaluing our item. Rebag refused to return what they kept. I would definitely Never do business with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone because of what I consider shady business practices.
