I am writing to express the excellent service I received from Dan in the sale of my father's house in Stanmore, as well as the overall support from others in the office, including Sam and Beth. From the start of putting the house with Dan until the end and handing the keys over to them, the support I received was incredible—the professionalism was outstanding. Support and handholding were all unique. Appreciation and knowledge were off the scale and simply second to none that I have ever received. Many businesses could learn a great deal from Dan and his colleagues in terms of professionalism and ethics. Even when issues arose, Dan was made aware of them and mainly dealt with them before we were aware of the issue; let me assure you, it was the best experience ever. The personal service, care, and attention I received were truly exceptional. Dan listened to what I was saying and took the time to get to know both of us, as the vendor and the purchaser, and coordinated the sale so well that he made it comfortable for us, including my 95-year-old father. I was so grateful. Thankfully, the advice I received from Dan along the way was neutral and unbiased, and it was great, allowing us to "see the wood from the trees" and steer us accordingly. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Dan and Real Estates, and I am so grateful for managing our sales. They are not an agency that only sees the £ sign, but they put customer/client service first. It is a sheer delight to say that Dan was a true Ambassador both within Real Estate and within Estate Agency in NW London, certainly exceeding himself in his job. These skills are rare to find these days, and it's reassuring to know that they remain available. I cannot praise this company, especially Dan and the other members, and I thank God for this great company and the truly unbelievable teamwork.
