Revitalize changed my world. I lost 31 pounds on Stage 2, which actually shocked me. I have never experienced such success in my many years of trying most diets out there. I had been struggling with some gastrointestinal issues including; bloating, constipation, diarrhea, weight gain, low energy, mood swings, anxiety, depression, to name a few. I felt trapped and claustrophobic in my own skin. Clothes are not attractive in my tubby size. My husband heard an endorsement for Revitalize on a sports radio program. He knew I was unhappy and struggling. We discussed it, and did some research about it. I gathered my courage and called for an appointment. On my first visit, I was greeted by a lovely and warm staff. No one made me feel less, or shame for my weight etc. They listened to my “why’s, goals, and concerns”. I was introduced to the program and accepted the challenge to give it the old college try. I’m not going to lie. It was a huge change and I had challenges as my body adjusted and began to heal with all this real, clean and healthy food and supplements I was now feeding my body. I am now maintaining. I feel tons better, literally. In three weeks I will do one more complete session. This program is a game changer…no, a LIFE CHANGER! I highly recommend this program and feel so very blessed to have Revitalize in my life! A hearty shout out and thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Ahwatukee office!

First of all…. Staff was absolutely amazing! Super supportive always, never had felt anything but welcomed. They were always so quick to respond and helpful. Great advice always. Love them all! Secondly…. The program was awesome! It is great to have this structure and guidance. It was not easy, and it 100 percent life changing. It was wonderful to see the outcome so far, I have lost a total of 30lbs. If you trust your coach and the process it will work wonders. I would recommend this to anyone! Yes it is kinda pricey, however if you’re looking for life changing experience you have to make the move. They work with you for financial advice for the program, don’t just pass it by. Good luck and I wish you all the success! Health and wellness is soon to be yours with this program!

As a post-menopausal woman with a slow metabolism, the re:vitalize program helped me to finally reset my metabolism to my 20s and lose the twenty pounds I had gained through the years. I have dietary restrictions and food allergies and the program was tailored to ensure I made steady progress towards meeting my weight loss and wellness goals. Lillie is a phenomenal health coach who was responsive and knowledgeable regarding some of the unique challenges I faced. Both my husband and I joined together and his program was tailored to him. This is the first program where both of us successfully met our wight and wellness goals! We now have strategies for remaining healthy for the rest of our lives. Thank you!
