Paid $891 on 1/23/25. No shipment or any info provided over a week later. Upon my inquiry they informed me of a glitch on their end preventing the order from being processed. Then they require phone calls to issue a refund and I am unable to reach anyone there by phone. I have no option but to contest the CC charge. Seriously just avoid this business.

Their customer service is wonderful! Super responsive and friendly. Shipping was fast and the medical staff was very attentive with my progress. I would definitely recommend them. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is the price. It's a little steep at $500 a month.

Everyone was very informative,professional and straightforward. I am very grateful I chose this company to help aid in my weight loss journey. I have been with this company for a few months now and I have been losing so much weight and getting more healthy! When you order you get everything you need in a bag and even a pamphlet with instructions. The pharmacy mails everything in a wonderful insulated bag with ice packs. The doctor and the help desk are very helpful and answer your questions in a timely manner. The price is a little high but totally worth it. I have no complaints with this company yet.
