This team is awesome! I needed a bit of extra help to get my Mom’s place ready for market and I asked them to just handle things and make it easy for me. WOW! They really did! They handled everything and kept me well informed of every step. Kristi was my main contact during this initial phase of the process and she is absolutely awesome! Responsive and so very helpful. Can’t say enough about this great team so far!

We would highly recommend Rachael Richards and her outstanding team. From our first meeting with Rachael, I knew we were in highly professional hands. And then her amazing team-Kristi, Adriana and Karen- took the stress out of selling our home. Seriously, Rachael Richards and her team worked so hard for us, took care of every detail, were knowledgeable, always available and extremely kind. We couldn't have asked for better!

She was responsive, patient and listened to my families needs. I would highly recommend her if you need some help finding your FOREVER HOME.
