PURESEOUL Carnaby Street - Korean Beauty Shop Reviews

Today I was in this shop and bought some Korean staff, I was so happy, because when you buy something in real shop and try it before, make you’re more exciting. I bought 1 lipsticks, 1 tint and cushion romand.(in a shop I spend long time to find a colour which more fits for my skin) And when I already was in a train, I was just check what I bought and saw it’s wrong colour cushion ( one lady from staff was give me wrong one) should be 02 pure, but was 03 natural .( I was so disappointed, because I can’t comeback at this shop in any time and change it. I was need it for my trip, so now should ordered new one( Staff so nice and helpful, it’s really good, so this situation wasn’t expected. I was just sure they give me right color, so I didn’t check what she gives me.

The store has a nice selection of Korean Beauty products from brands that are not really available elsewhere, not easily available anyway. The prices are alright even though they do tend to be on the higher side but given that they carry a selection of brands you cannot easily get elsewhere in the UK it is understandable. The shop staff was not rude per se but when their systems did not work property at checkout they did make it like it was my fault as if my funds were insufficient which was not the case. It is an honest mistake, but the attitude was unnecessary. Otherwise, they left me to shop alone and no bothered me. When I did want to ask a question I was ignored even though I was the only one in store will a basket full of items. I guess it is more important to cater to those who have not yet decided to buy anything and convince them to make a purchase. I am not going to hold this against the shop though it might have been a bad evening for the shop assistants and it was nothing all that bad but compared to the friendliness I experienced from a nearby shop/ sort of competitor I was a bit disappointed and expected more. Overall, I loved their selection of products and being able to shop exclusive brands. The quality of their products is top notch and will definitely shop there again but perhaps will focus more on the online side of things particularly for larger orders.
