I needed to stop spending time and money going to the printers and wanted a good home printer. I researched the one I wanted and found it with Printerland. I placed my order and then Dominic contacted me the next day and suggested the newer version that is cheaper !!! I mean how many times do you get a company that is that honest ! I agreed, it turned up the next day ! It was easy to set up and I couldnt be happier, the quality is great. And then to top it off, I had an email today from John Chapman asking me if I was happy with the service. I just felt looked after from start to finish, the before and after care was sublime and I couldnt recommend Printerland enough. The service is like they are a small family run business and I really appreciated the personal touch. I will definitely be buying from them again.

The help that Matthew gave was great. It really helped with making the right choice for a printer. It was also on offer the one i got so that was good. He then did a follow up to make sure everything was ok with the purchase. It was super quick and easy to set the printer up and load the ink. I would definitely recommend

Purchased the Epson ecotank ET-2862 in March from Printerland, as it was the best priced one I could find online. I was able to use amazon pay for a quick and easy check out. The Printer itself works as expected. John from the customer service team followed up to make sure service was as expected and there were no problems with the order after arrival. I was not expecting the additional after sales service and definitely appreciated it. I would recommend going with Printeland.
