Very happy to leave a positive review for the Prime Riverside team, who have just sold our apartment. In particular, to Aria and Shannon who helped us through a process in a building that is full of complications, that they were very well versed on. The sale would never have happened without them.

The Prime team were fantastic, Devon Fletcher especially with his valuation oversight. They managed the letting process expertly for our flat in Battersea Power Station, now on long lease to an Embassy.

A terrible agency. I have complained about essential repairs for several months which have never been made. I was misled by Ellie Brown about my obligations in facilitating viewings who implied that I had no choice in accepting viewings and that I would be breaching my contract which is simply not the case. She also failed to investigate a complaint I submitted about her - how convenient. The CEO Joseph Cadman used manipulative language when faced with the fact that his agency had not properly dealt with my complaint and essentially disregarded my complaint which is now with the Housing Ombudsman. I was pressured to facilitate repeated viewings and my local councillor had to write a strongly worded email calling out the failings of the agency and how they continue to push the boundaries of what is acceptable. Be very careful with this agency and carefully review what they say. Be prepared to take legal action against them.
