I have been dealing with Sam and Adam for a number of years now as a Landlord and I can't praise them highly enough. They work extremely hard for their Clients, be they Landlords or Tenants. Nothing is too much trouble, any communication is replied to immediately. They are always efficient , personable, polite and keen to help. I have had many tenants go through with Premier Residential Lettings and all (*bar one) of them have been extremely happy with the professional, caring and thoughtful service Adam and Sam provide. I put my flat up for sale last year, the process was extremely complicated on my side of things during a divorce, Adam and Sam were so incredibly patient with the complexities. They kept me and the buyer (*who became a tenant during the process) as much at ease as possible with immediate communication on latest updates and endless help to smooth the sale along . The buyer was made aware on point of viewing of a ground rent clause being applied for and the length of time it would take , which added to the understandable frustrations. Adam and Sam did their absolute best in an incredibly difficult situation with the divorce court denying the sale until Final Order. I am happy to say that everything is now sorted and well after a very distressing time. I am relieved to have Sam and Adam at the helm of the Flat being up for sale again meanwhile I have happy tenants currently being taken care of by Premier lettings. I fully recommend Premier Residential and the vast amount of amazing reviews back this up.
