This is an excellent service which I would recommend anyone who is looking for a house conveyancer. You are first given a basic quote which if you decide to use their services you will need to pay a file opening fee to start the process. During the whole process you will be sent draft statements showing the costs. In their initial information you will find contained in their terms & conditions a list of extra-legal fees that may apply to your case. Use this to keep an eye on your costs. The whole process is very straight forward and easy to understand thanks to a colourful online interactive dashboard called eWay. This contains everything you need showing the whole process in real time showing where you are with your purchase of your home. It contains all letters, documents sent and received. Communication can be done either by eWay, email or telephone. Our solicitor, Funda Ibrahim was excellent who was there every step of the eway. we were kept up to date during the whole process thanks to eWay which when we received information, a text message & email was sent with a notification saying we need to check eWay. There was nothing we could fault with their services. Outstanding who I would definitely use again if we need a conveyancer. A big Thank you Funda and to the team for all the hard work which you have done for us.

Avoid at all costs – dishonest and unprofessional I was in the process of purchasing a flat on Nelson Street in Chester, with Premier Properties acting as the seller’s agent – and the whole experience was a mess from start to finish. From the outset, I was told the seller had all the relevant documentation ready: electrical certificate, heating guarantee, and a radon report. These are essential for any buyer doing due diligence – but surprise surprise, when it came time to actually produce them, none were provided. Weeks went by with no clarity, just vague responses and empty reassurances. Even worse, we requested a deed of variation over three months before pulling out – a key requirement for leasehold properties where the ground rent isn’t capped. They agreed to it, told us it was in motion… only for us to later find out they’d never even started the process, and didn’t bother to inform anyone that they weren’t doing it. Just a complete disregard for our time and the seriousness of the sale. There were also mismatches in the listing – particularly around parking – which didn’t align with what was in the contract. Again, no effort to correct or even explain the discrepancy. The communication throughout was appalling. I was chasing constantly for updates and often left in the dark for weeks at a time. After months of delays, mismanagement, and wasted legal costs, I had no choice but to walk away. Premier Properties showed zero transparency, zero urgency, and zero professionalism. If they’re involved in a buy/sale you’re considering, be warned – they’ll say what they need to get the deal moving, but don’t expect follow-through, honesty, or accountability.

If your buyer is using this “firm” I would strongly advise to pull out NOW and find another buyer. Absolutely poor service, never getting back to our conveyancers and our buyers point of call actually quit their job midway through and nothing was passed along to anybody else to pick up in their absence which meant queries on our buyers property went unanswered even though we were completely ready to exchange and complete. Would avoid like the plague!!!!!
