2nd rental 2025: excellent service once again, mainly had communication with Enam, who was brilliant. Collected the car on the day of hire, very clean/spotless. Was walked around with the car and shown any existing defects & they were noted on the hire agreement as well as being encouraged to take pictures, which was very reassuring. I was allowed to return the car at a time convenient to me - return process was also very quick, easy, and efficient. 1st rental 2023: Never rented a high-performance car before, so I was anxious about who I rent from. After looking around, there were not many legitimate super car rental companies with a legitimate setup other than PET - every other company seems not so legitimate. The website was useful, with the FAQ section being really helpful. I rang up with a few additional questions, which were answered fully. Booked my preferred car 3 months before the event & paid in full, and messaged 3 weeks before the date to make sure everything is all good. Paid my deposit day before my event. The car was delivered by Junaid, who was in touch throughout the day, keeping me updated. When the car was delivered, junaid explained how to use the car and how to work its features; everything explained in detail. He also walked around the car with me, making sure any existing damage was marked on the handover sheet, which was very reassuring and made me confident driving the car. The car was amazing to drive and looked fantastic - really eye catching and well worth having. Collection was simple and easy, too; security deposit was returned on the 7th working day (as stated on their website regarding security deposits and them being returned within 7 working days) Definitely recommend PET if you want a legitimate company that is professional in their conduct. 👌👌👌
