No urgency to send anything in a timely manner, I had to email their customer support team to find out why my package wasn’t even being prepared to be shipped 9 days after I placed my order. They “expedited delivery” but it’s been 11 days since my order and I’m yet to receive my package, they also offered me a promotion for 20$ glasses that I can add onto my unshipped order and wait another 2 weeks. Do not order from them unless you like being blind for weeks on end!

Just received my contacts today. Everything went great. Placing my order and sending in the prescription was easy. I was put off at first when I learned there was a "processing fee" but understand they had to match the competitions way of doing business. Even with the fee my contacts were 30% cheaper than going though my doctors office. More to this positive review! I just needed to call them for a receipt to file with insurance. On hold less than one minute, associate was helpful and instantly e-mailed the receipt. Great Job!

Scam, they advertise super low prices and high discounts and then hit you with an outrages processing fee. Looked like I was getting contacts for 62.76 and I can understand shipping so my total would have been 75.71, and then they hit me with a 75.31 Processing fee doubling the amount I would have to pay. I tried reaching out to customer service but Diana M. had no intensions of earning my business. If it looks too good to be true, it is.
