I’ve had a very disappointing experience with OpenRent. I attempted to list my property multiple times, but my account kept getting cancelled without any clear explanation. Each time, I was told to “contact support and wait one business day” — but no one ever responds. Unfortunately, the customer service is among the worst I’ve encountered. There is no meaningful support or resolution, just automated messages and dead ends. If you’re experiencing the same, be aware that you may not receive any proper assistance. It’s a shame, as the platform has potential, but the lack of reliable customer support makes it very difficult to recommend.

We found Open Rent a very good site to deal with. Our property was well presented by them and they promptly informed us of any enquiries from prospective tenants. We liked their dashboard system which made it easy for us to keep up to date with the information about prospective tenants.
