The best taxi service I’ve used by far. I booked their service for my sister who is visiting from Sweden to uk, so I needed to make sure she gets to London safe without the hassle of using public transportation especially she’s traveling with her daughters. I booked the taxi online through their website and it was clear and super easy to navigate. The company called my sister back to check the time of her arrival. On the day they called me and provided me with all the details and then called my sister after she landed at Stansted to let her know the driver name and he was on time, but my sister landed earlier than the actual time. It was super comfy car and drove her and the children to central London without any problems. Top quality staff. Thank you for the service.

Review summary: Initially very good until there was a problem and then I hit a stone wall. This company is overpriced and I will not be using them again. If you want to find out why read on. To be honest I wish that was writing a good review for this company. When we were collected from the airport we were offered excellent service by our driver was very nice to us. However, he spent most of the journey on his telephone speaking in Pakistani and he cursed a couple of times at traffic lights. He also cut out in front of other traffic. I was willing to overlook this, but I didn't think it was very professional. A company can often be judged better on how it handles an issue when something goes wrong and this is where OTS failed miserably. There was a mix up with my booking for my return flight. I will put my hands up and say that I played my part in this, but the company also played a role which they refused to acknowledge. My mobile got damaged, the screen was black, therefore I couldn't read my emails, texts or make calls, but I could still recieve calls. I received a telephone call from an OTS driver who informed me that he was on his way to collect me. I advised the driver that he had the wrong date and that there must have been a mix up. At this he became very blunt with me and verging on rude. He told me that I would have to take it up with the OTS office. When I accessed my email, I contacted the office, the company would only deal with me by live text and email. A member of OTS staff advised me that the driver was paid and that I would have to book and pay for another collection to the airport. I requested a manager to please call me and discuss the matter I also wanted discuss how the driver had spoken to me. I received an email from OTS informing me that they would not talk to me, only deal with me through email and that the matter was closed as far as they were concerned . My issue is that if the company urgently wanted to contact me to confirm the booking they should have telephoned me. OTS alleged that they did telephe me, but on the day in question I received no calls the OTS office. OTS were able to telephoned me on my journey to Glasgow to advise me that my flight was running ahead of time. The only phone call that I received from OTS was from the driver, who did not cancel the pick up as I instructed him to ensure that he got his fare. The company refused to even meet me half way and they also failed to address the way that the drive spoke to me. Basically, OTS took my money and ran without any concern for the way that I was treated. This to me is very poor customer service. I will be using another taxi company on my return home. I have science also learned that OTS was extremely overpriced and that other taxi firms were £28 cheaper than them. This was my first time in Glasgow and I was caught, however I will not be caught a second time by OTS!

I have used them 3 times in the last month and they have been great. Their rates are better than others that I checked. They were on time whether it was an airport pickup or a drop off and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful to Faran for helping me load and unload six heavy suitcases on one of the trips! I was also initially hesitant to book after seeing all the negative reviews but I did not face any of that so would definitely recommend them.
