Great service, kept me up to date with where my driver was, who also rang and updated me with a description of the vehicle. Driver was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the journey. Would definitely recommend him and use again

Don't book these! We paid almost double the amount to have a minibus to take us and pick us up form the royal ascot. We also calculated 2h (normally about 45minute drive) for the travel time to ensure we will see the opening ceremony as we had some friends over from America specifically for this event. What we got: 2 separate cars, which one was so late that we did not only miss the opening but also the first race. even though we booked this weeks before, the drivers did not know where to go and what was the destination, so we had to guide them. the pick up was even more chaotic, again two very small cars (for 10 adults), they were very late and we did not receive any information where and how to find them (they did not come to the agreed location). No one took responsibility and no refund either, we paid over £600, if we would booked 2 cars in the first place it would've cost us about £350, also we weren't informed at any point that the company can't guarantee the mini buss.

The taxi I pre-booked through Minicabit never showed up, and I was left stranded after midnight. I waited over 40 minutes, called several times, and only then found out no driver had been assigned. I had to book a last-minute replacement taxi, which cost me £130.80 — almost double what I’d already paid. Minicabit refunded the original fare, but they refused to cover the extra cost or offer any meaningful resolution — just a £20 discount code, which I’ll never use. Very poor customer service and no accountability. Not a platform I’ll be using again.
