Outbound Transfer Issues: We arrived at the airport at the airport at 21:30 and eventually to the accommodation at 00:00 despite the confirmation stating a 35-minute duration. We were the second stop on this journey. The driver appeared uncertain and stopped multiple times without explanation. We were told by the airport representative (who was great) that hotel names would be called out by the driver — this did not happen. We were not dropped off at our hotel, and had to walk in the dark, after midnight, which was distressing and unsafe. If we didn’t have maps on our phones, we would never have found where we were staying. We were not aware that this would happen. Had we known the reality of this service, we would not have booked it. It was a stressful and poor start to our holiday. Return Transfer Issues: We received no communication about our return pick-up time or location on the link provided. WhatsApp support was unhelpful, with repeated attempts to get information. No information was available on my Hoppa account under the booking either. I was trying to get basic information every day we were there and didn’t relax. As a result of having no other option but to call a number provided (10 hours before our flight) to find out details of our return transfer, I’ve now been charged £33.23 on my phone bill for that call (bill screenshot attached). This cost is a direct result of Hoppa’s failure to provide adequate communication or support. The woman I spoke to was difficult to understand, and the call caused unnecessary stress. Once I had called the number, I was sent a text with a link that did have the details on - which we had never been given access to! To make matters worse, the email I sent asking for help while still on holiday was only answered four weeks later. Absolutely disgusting service from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere - we put our trust in Hoppa who completely ruined a holiday we had saved for- which should have been a relaxing experience

Shocking customer service if you would like to amend your transfer. 1st there isnt a number you can ring so i tried the online chat i was told my transfer is cancelled and i should get a refund in 3 to 7 days but then a minute later i got a email from their partner refunable to say i will not get a refund. So they taken my money and no service provided. I went back on chat and i sent them the picture of the email. Then the operator didnt reply.Luckily i paid via paypal and they sent me a refund in literally 1 second. Iv used hoppa many times but when you want to amend or cancel a transfer you face issues. Their cancellation policy is no good there are there to take your money. Now i shall be staying away and i think you should too!

Booked airport transfers with HOPPA for Antalya, turkey, the driver dropped us off to the WRONG hotel at 11pm at night and I had to pay from my own money to get a taxi ride 20 minutes to the correct hotel, I provided evidence of a picture of the reception & receptionist from the wrong hotel as proof to hoppa in my complaint and they point blank refused and said no, you was dropped off to the correct hotel. Absolute cowboy company run by fraudsters who don’t have any professionalism. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
