This is some text inside of a div block.
All was good at first then they jumped up the interest rates . I decided to transfer balance to another card and that's where the issues started . They told me it would take 7 days( everywhere else is 48 hours) and even after 10 working days they are now claiming they can't find the transaction despite my other bank confirming it's gone through absolute joke

Well it was great to start with, but it seems they are deliberately upping interest rates to get more from their customers as a friend of mine decided to get one at the same time. Perfect credit score and pays it off every month, we both received the same upped interest rate at the same time. I have paid half of it off, tried to transfer the balance onto my 22 months interest free balance transfer with Lloyds and they can’t do it, ONMO are a problem. Just don’t do it. I opted to not accept the interest rate rise and freeze the card to pay it off at the normal interest rate. Greedy company

Signed up easily enough, but soon enough they moved their interest rate up to 44%. I can’t wait to pay the balance and close my account, there are much better lenders out there. The ombudsman has had issue with them too. Like I say, there’s far better companies.
