From day one, the experience has been a nightmare. When we moved in, we were greeted with a disgusting smell — a mix of curry, tobacco, and weed. The washing machine and dryer were filthy. Within the first week, everything started falling apart: • Lights in the living room, shower room, and entrance stopped working. • The microwave only works when it “feels like it.” • The oven was absolutely revolting, despite their promise of a “high-end cleaning service.” • All the carpets are dirty, and the place is infested with spiders. We didn’t take their outrageously expensive “bills included” package, but they didn’t even bother to tell us which utility company the property is connected to. It’s now the second month of renting this so-called “super luxury” property, and most of these problems remain unresolved. The only thing they’re fast at? Chasing money. If you miss even 0.1p, they’ll spam you with payment reminders instantly — but when it comes to fixing issues, they’re nowhere to be found.
