Pleasantly surprised with our rental at Nu Rental. After reading so many not so good reviews after we had already made reservations and paid in advance, we were a little worried. The incredibly low prices were hard to pass up. They did try to get us to upgrade and purchase extra insurance, but we politely declined. The suv they gave us was brand new and we were happy with it. Shuttles came pretty quickly for us both to and from the airport. Drivers were helpful and the lot attendants were friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised for our experience with Nu car rentals. I was very worried after reading the reviews that we would have a bad experience, but that was not the case our plane was delayed and we arrived at the car rental place 10 minutes before closing. There was one man working named Armani and a short line before us when we got to him it was past their closing time, but he was very helpful and great to deal with. He worked with us, was able to provide us with an upgrade for a reasonable price and added an extra driver with a toll road pass.Those were our only extra charges, that we agreed to. We Could have came in with our current reservation and left it as is, and incurred no additional charges. He was not pushy and was great to work with. I commend him for his efficiency being the only one there late at night. Drop off was easy. We took videos of how we left the car just to be safe. But immediately received our receipt. My recommendation for Nu is more workers and staying open later. If you are using Denver airport, make sure to allow enough time to arrive there and to get to the airport. It’s about a 15 minute shuttle ride from airport. I don’t know what we would have done if they were closed when we arrived. There wasn’t a clear path for what to do in that case: we were lucky to not have to worry about it. But it was very stressful.

Do not use. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! The service to and from airport takes anywhere from 40-60 minutes to be picked up. Additionally the drivers that picked us up yelled at us for giving him our suitcase to put in the back after he already put everyone else’s. This place WILL send out vehicles with tire pressure that is not okay or safe. Attached are photos of what we got and then were told it was okay. We booked a car and were given a free upgrade to a ram 1500, upon asking for a different vehicle they charged us an extra $200. That vehicle was the one that was unsafe and we had to keep filling up tires due to pressure dropping consistently. Upon asking for help we were told by Kara from call center “your life was not in danger, if it really was you would have called someone.” Uhm we did try to call. No answer every time.. not sure how we get help? PLEASE BE WARNED, NOT GOOD COMPANY!! **Update, they apologize on google but have yet to respond to any of my requests.. don’t buy it!
