I had the pleasure of working with Morgan, she was really pleasant, helpful, dedicated and went over and beyond to ensure the process was seamless even when delays were not due to her own fault. She kept me informed every step of the way and diligently chased up 3rd parties that were delaying the process.

This company are thieves. Not happy with stealing from the landlords who pay them to carry out work they never complete they steal money from tenant’s deposits at inflated prices. Charged us for items we reported as being flytipped and charged us for items we left in the shed as they were damaged due to them not having the work we reported carried out even though the landlord paid the money to them. Unfortunately for northwood we have been in direct contact with our landlord who is an absolute gentleman. Northwood should be ashamed and embarrassed that theyre not only putting landlords in potentially compromising positions but also leaving good tenants out of pocket through lies and deceit. If you’re thinking of renting privately just avoid this company at all costs. I will add photos if my conversation with the landlord when the letting agent inevitably come back with a poxy generated response as to how they’re a good company who act with integrity. My £150 lawnmower and £120 pressure washer are also now broken due to them not paying for work they received money for. Absolute disgrace.
