Claudia has been a fantastic assessor to work with. Throughout the preparation of my Record of Experience, she provided clear guidance and constructive feedback, and always pointed me in the right direction to improve my work. I really appreciated how supportive and encouraging she was during the whole process. Her professionalism and efficiency made everything much easier and turned what could have been a stressful task into a very positive experience. I’m truly grateful for her help and guidance.

I’ve had a positive experience overall with the institute. The service is generally good, and the team is prompt in responding to queries or concerns. Amalia and Claudia have been especially supportive and professional, which has made the learning environment comfortable and encouraging. However, one thing I feel could be improved is the class schedule. It would be really helpful if weekend classes were available, especially since other similar institutes do offer this option. Weekend availability would make it more accessible for working professionals or those with weekday commitments. Still, I appreciate the quality of teaching and the support provided throughout my time here.

The experience has been good so far, there have been some challenges along the way, but Andreea has really made a positive difference. She’s been very helpful and supportive when it came to finding a job, always encouraging me even when I felt discouraged. I honestly don’t think I could have done this without her guidance. Regarding the class lessons, I do wish the flexible options were still available. It would have been much more convenient, especially for those of us who chose this course because of its flexibility. The change felt quite sudden, which made things a bit difficult. Otherwise, everything else has been great.
