It's legit! The pricing is so significantly better than any quote I could find that it made me think it was some kind of scam. But it's not! In terms of customer service, the whole experience was relatively seamless even with some hiccups. The unit I ordered wasn't the right unit for my house because of the direction of the air going down instead of horizontal. I could tell that they went out of their way to make sure I could get the best possible unit at roughly the same price without costly roof changes, and I appreciated that despite the minor extra expense. Installation went smoothly, they were in and out so quick my house didn't even have time to get warm. I stayed home the whole time and was amazed how fast it was done. My only critique is the lack of choice in thermostat. I thought this would be an opportunity to upgrade to a fancy pants thermostat but at no point in the process, even electing the enhanced install, did I get to select a thermostat and I have to imagine I'm not the only one who sees the replacement as the opportunity to step into the future. If you don't have a cool thermostat and you want one, be sure to buy your own and have the installer do it.

NewACunit has something special going on for prospective customers looking to streamline the process of saving TONS of money on their next HVAC unit. I was very skeptical, considering the pricing difference from working directly with HVAC contractors for a new unit versus NewACunit and their fantastic website! NewACunit saved my wife and I about $3,500 minumum going through their simple to use website to replace our 5 ton HVAC unit. The process is just as easy as it looks. Don't let simplicity scare you away from the saving. We pulled the trigger, and got a call almost immediately from Kathy, getting all the details put together. The next day, the HVAC contractor called to schedule an inspection. Two business days later, our new HVAC unit was installed. Who can match that kind of service? No one! Saving thousands while having a new unit a few days later is remarkable. Even the HVAC contractors NewACunit sent were incredible. The craftsmanship, quality, attention to detail, thorough explanation and super friendly attitude went beyond our expectations. I have an extensive Residential Energy Efficiency background, so I am very familiar with every moving part. So all of this expectation being blown away goes right back to NewACunit and just how special they are for those people needing to replace their unit while saving thousands in the process. Kathy was amazing through the process. She is everything the others reviews say about her and more. Nothing slips through her fingers and her communication is on point. To all those shopping around for prices... just stop. Stop right there at NewACunit and go for it. I promise it will be worth it. It's different not calling a HVAC contractor to come quote the replacement. I get it. But this literally the only way moving forward. My family and I will never go anywhere else ever again. NewACunit is the only way. Lightning fast turn-around, massive savings, and well qualified contractors. Huge THANK YOU to NewACunit. Your company just changed ours lives!

A friend recommended NewACunit to me and I couldn't be happier. Their process is easy and cuts out all the unnecessary expenses so I ended up with a great unit installed for half the price the standard AC companies quoted me. And yet they are great people too, Kathy is a joy to work with, always on top of things and positive. And they paired me with a great installation contractor too, completed the work quickly and professionally.
